Day Three – 27th January 2017

Breakfast:

2 slices of seeded toast with organic slightly-salted butter and a midge of marmite.

Lunch:

20 pieces (I count them out) of spinach & ricotta tortelloni with organic slightly-salted butter, philadelphia cheese, and parmesan. Be careful when buying tortelloni – some brands add sugar, but it looks like the Sainbury’s and Waitrose variations are fine.

Snacks:

Cashew nuts

Drinks:

Many cups of Organic Fairtrade English Breakfast tea with lots of organic whole milk.

1 small glass of white wine

Dinner:

Lamb rack with baby new potatoes and cabbage

Quarter of a small melon for dessert
