Breakfast:

2 fried eggs on potato bread

Drinks:

Many cups of tea with organic whole milk

Lunch:

Sunday Roast – roast chicken, roast potatoes, roast carrots, bread crumb and onion stuffing, brussel sprouts and gravy

Snacks:

Cashew nuts

Dinner:

Nothing yet – perhaps a little pasta or a sandwich
