Day Four – 27th January 2017

Breakfast:

Fried egg on potato bread

Lunch:

Two slices of Kingsmill 50/50 bread with cream cheese and 2 pieces of parma ham

Drinks:

Many cups of tea with organic whole milk
One small glass of Tanqueray gin with a slice of lime

Snacks:

Cashew nuts

Dinner:

Dad’s homemade shepherds pie with broccoli (I made sure he didn’t put any sugar in it)
