Day Eleven – 4th February 2017

Breakfast:

Croissant

Drinks:

Latte
Tea with milk
Small glass of dry white wine
Small bottle IPA
Hendrick’s Gin with Soda Water and wedge of lime

Snacks:

None

Lunch:

3 slices of wholemeal bread with roast chicken, butter, hummus, cream cheese, spinach.

Dinner:

My first attempt at eating in a restaurant. I chose ham, egg and chips. It turned out to be honey-roasted ham, unfortunately. I managed to eat the middle but avoid the very sweet edges.
