Breakfast:
2 slices of Kingsmill 50/50 toasted with butter and marmite
Snacks:
Cashew nuts
Monkey nuts
Drinks:
Cucumber water
Chai tea with organic unhomogenised whole milk
Lunch:
2 x organic wholemeal pitta breads toasted with organic houmous, cherry vine tomatoes and grated medium cheddar
Dinner:
Boyfriend made a jambalaya (I think that’s how it’s spelled). I will get him to update with a recipe because it was delicious and gave me leftovers for lunch the next day.
This is how much was left after we’d eaten.
