Day Sixteen – 9th February 2017

Breakfast:

2 slices of Kingsmill 50/50 with butter and marmite

Snacks:

Monkey nuts

Drinks:

Chai Tea with Milk

Large latte

Cucumber water

Small glass of red wine

Gin with soda water

Half a small glass of port (this tasted too sweet to me but I couldn’t find out the sugar content)

Lunch:

Leftover jambalaya from last night.

Dinner:

Our friends made dinner last night. Bacon wrapped chicken with chips and broccoli with a peppery gravy sauce. It was very nice.
